Lists

Lists are groups of contacts that you can use to target your campaigns.

There are two types of lists:

Static Lists:
A snapshot of your contacts at a specific point in time.
Manually created by uploading a CSV file.
Can be based on Farcaster IDs or wallet addresses.

Active Lists:
Dynamically updated based on real-time changes.
Automatically updated as contacts join or leave the list.
Typically used for on-chain audiences.
Can be based on smart contract addresses (NFT ownership) or Warpcast followers.

View

A view is a personalized list of contacts that meet specific criteria. Think of it as a custom filter that lets you see only the contacts you want. For example, you can create a view of all your followers, contacts who own a specific NFT, or those who have opted into your messaging.
