I can’t see my NFTs when I connect my wallet
If you can’t see your NFTs or you cannot access your product here are somethings you can try to troubleshoot.
If you have multiple wallets the incorrect wallet might end up getting connected.
It takes our system ~4hours to pull in updates from the blockchain.
An NFT that has already been claimed for a discount on the campaign cannot be reclaimed again if the token exchanges wallets. This would not be fair for the campaign.
