Contacts, Static lists, Active lists and Views

Our contact management flow allows for a streamlined and intuitive experience for managing your customers.

Clicking on "Contacts" on the sidebar takes you to the "All contacts" page which centralizes all your contacts and subscriber lists. Upload existing lists, add individuals to multiple groups for targeted messaging, export your contacts, create views and keep track of everything effortlessly. It shows you a breakdown of your total contacts and subscribed contacts as well.

We have two types of contact lists and a view available on Hub:
- Active lists - automatically managed, examples of this are your Warpcast followers, contact lists created from the Warpcast DM Opt-In frame
- Static lists - these lists are uploaded into our system using a csv
- Views - created based off of filters on the "All contacts" page



From the All contacts page you can:
Export your current contacts - clicking on "Export" emails you a csv of all your contacts
Add individual contacts


Create static lists


Create active lists



Loading an active list may take a few minutes depending on the number of contacts being pulled in.

Create views



Set contacts to a new list or an existing list
